South Plainfield, N.J.—Radiant Communications announced the promotion of Sandeep Patel to technical support manager. In his new position, Patel will evaluate product enhancements, oversee all product testing, spearhead customer technical support and maintain local area networks. Prior to the promotion, Patel served as the manufacturer’s technical support specialist.

“Sandeep’s in depth product knowledge and engineering skills have earned him this promotion. We look forward to the positive impact he will have on our customers’ experience,” shared Lou Nagorsky, Radiant Communications’ national sales manager.

Before joining Radiant Communications in 1999, Patel worked in the information technology field. He has extensive technical experience across a variety of network platforms.
